We are open on:

  • Monday - Friday: 10am-5pm
  • Saturday: 12:30pm-3pm

You are required to book an appointment for both store visit and in-store pick up of orders. Click here to book your appointment.

Yes. Use the in-store pick up option upon checkout and your item will be ready within 24 hours. You will be notified as soon as your items are processed and ready for collection. The email will contain a link with instructions to book an appointment to collect the item.

Your orders should be picked up no later than 1 week from the date of your order.

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been processed and ready for collection. From there, follow the link and instructions to schedule an appointment to collect your items.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Singapore: 3-5 working days
  • Malaysia: 4-6 working days
  • Australia, Brunei: 5-7 working days
  • Other countries: Up to 10 working days

Do note that during sale periods, deliveries may take an additional 1-2 working days.

1. Registered Mail
Your parcel will take 3-5 business days to reach your doorstep after we have processed your order. You will be given a tracking number to trace your parcel as well. Do note that during sale periods, delivery may take 1-2 additional business days.

If you’re not home during the delivery, not to worry, the driver will place the parcel in a convenient location and take a picture as proof of delivery.

2. In-store Pickup
Self-collection option is available during checkout. We are located at Yo:Ha Tampines, 6 Tampines St 92 #01-19 (Across Tampines SAFRA). Appointment booking is required here prior to coming. Opening hours are Monday-Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday 12.30pm to 3pm. We regret to inform you that we may not be able to accommodate walk-in customers without a reservation.

Pickups are done through the locker collection outside our store. If you’d like to come in to browse our products, do ring the bell and our staff will assist you!

Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders (Singapore) above $150. Check the cart to see the current deal on free shipping.

Exchanges & Refunds

We always aim to provide the best service for our customers. For exchanges and terms, visit here.

To schedule an exchange appointment, please click here. After your appointment is confirmed, we will send you a WhatsApp message to confirm the stock availability. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee all stocks are available at the time.

If the item is not in stock, you may wait till it is available or we can offer an alternative product. We will refund the price difference or you may top-up the difference via transfer, depending on the difference in price.

Seven (7) days upon receiving your item. 

To exchange an item, kindly ensure that all items are in their original packaging, in their original condition, and unused.

Sorry, we do not accept returns or refunds unless items are defective.

If the item received is defective, do take a picture and send it to us either by Shopify Inbox (button on the bottom right) or via hey@glowco.shop. Once confirmed, you can return the item to us in its original condition for a replacement within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will only be made if the item is out of stock and if you do not want an alternative product.

Due to hygiene reasons, all clearance and display items are strictly non-exchangeable.

We have ceased mail exchanges with effect from 1st March 2023. If you are unable to visit our store during opening hours, do send us a DM on Instagram (@glowco.shop) or email us at hey@glowco.shop and we will contact you directly via WhatsApp/email.

Other

Yes, but we curate products for restocking. Whenever we get a restock, we will update on our social media platforms, so it’s good to check frequently.

We accept PayNow, Credit/debit card, or Atome.
