Shipping Information
We offer Registered Mail which takes 2-3 business days for delivery and comes with tracking. Do note that delivery may take 2-5 business days during sale periods. If you're not home, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe location. We also offer In-store Pickup at our Tampines store. Appointment booking is required and our operating hours are Monday-Friday, 10am to 5pm, and Saturday 12.30pm to 3pm.
Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and within seven days of receipt. We do not accept returns or refunds except for defective items, which can be returned for a replacement within 7 days of receipt.
